I’ve been going to CarMart for many years. Throughout my time there Phillip has gone above and beyond his job. Always made sure to keep everything on track and keeping us in the loop. It was my first time working with Luke and it was great. He made sure to help us find the “perfect” car accommodating to all of the features we admired. Great job to these guys we were able to find our perfect car today!
We got a new car today - a special thank you to CarMart in Greenville. We had some great help with two guys through figuring out the best fit. Luke keeps a positive outlook and provides helpful insight on what our next step could be. Phillip is really technologically advanced and was super helpful with the Bluetooth!
Staff was excellent was fair and very courteous… answered all questions and made me feel at home… I felt they were trustworthy and truly there to help. I would recommend CarMart of Greenville to anyone trying to get into a ride… Everything is up front no smokescreens… Enjoyable experience… I love my new car!!!!!!!!!
Bought the 2012 Avalanche from these guys just two days ago. Luke was happy to let me look at and drive at least 7 cars before I found THE ONE, so if he was slightly irritaed he handled it very well lol! Phillip and Stormy are PURE ROCKSTARS, they have handled all my concerns very quickly and reached out to me on their own accord, providing exceptional service. Shay the receptionist and the other receptionist (i wish I knew her name, and I can edit my review when I get that) were very welcoming and sweet!
Staff and service was remarkable Luke hands-down is so patient understanding and considerate of the customers. He worked with me numerous times to try to find a new vehicle until we actually found one and he made the process of the sale top tier Can’t forget the other amazing workers with him!!!! thank you guys so much I will be back
