Great place. Got a 2015 for explorer ext for $1000 down and $200 a month. Thanks car-mart! I shoulda came get paid for this review. lol, but yes they are a great place for people with not so great credit. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them. My truck will be paid off in 3 years

I can say the process was fast & I got what I wanted for a decent price….. BUT When I got the car on Friday 07/25 before leaving, I was told that the bumper needed to be replaced but they would cover it and to just call in Monday to get a date set to take the car to a dealership to make sure the right parts were ordered. Tuesday 07/29 I called and was told that they would give me a call when the bumper came in. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL Saturday 09/12 I went to the car wash and as I was leaving my bumper came off. I called that same day at 5:47pm and was told that Adel which is the guy who originally sold me the vehicle no longer works there. That following Monday 09/15 while on my lunch break I went by the store and spoke with the GM Eric and he stated that they didn’t want to even sale

Ms Tasha was my salesman on 11/20/25 and she IS THE BEST!!! She was very courteous and gave me the best sales experience PERIOD! I was able to pick the exact vehicle that I wanted and she gave me all of the information about it. Ms Tasha needs to be promoted to the head person over the entire car lot there in Jackson, Tennessee. Everyone there absolutely wanted to go to her to buy their new vehicle.
