If you haven't given Car mart a try, you definitely should! The staff are all so nice and welcoming. The process was fast and simple. The one thing that has made the top of my list is the service manager! She's amazing. She took care of me beyond expected. Ill definitely be returning as a future customer because of her!

Anthony was absolutely AMAZING. I came in beyond stressed, expecting to get the runaround and worried I’d be pressured into putting an arm and a leg down just to make a deal. Instead, Anthony completely changed that experience. He was patient, caring, and genuinely listened to what my family needed. He made everything so easy and painless, explained every step, and worked hard to get us into something bigger and affordable without any pressure. I never once felt rushed or talked into anything. Car mart is amazing! This is my second car so far. Any time I've needed help they were quick to lend a hand. From mechanical issues to needing a new key fob. The accounting department always works with me about payment arrangements. Reese has always gone above and beyond with all of my situations. Everyone is super nice and helpful. I'm really grateful! 🙏🏼 10/10 stars especially for Reese and her amazing customer service.

I started out online looking at cars for our adult kid 😁. Well I called the Joplin store got some prices. We decided screw it let go so we drove from Oklahoma to Joplin , test drove a couple cars and ended up with this beauty.. it was quick and easy .. thanks so much
