I left with exactly what I came for, and the entire process took about two and a half hours — quick and efficient! She was friendly, patient, and made sure I understood everything before signing. My service was quickly done. Had the insurance office not been closed, the whole process would've taken 2½ hours, which includes, choosing my van and the test drive. I love my van
