RocketFast! Car Wash

My car was extra dirty from a weekend at dirt bike races. The guys gave extra attention to spraying down the muddy parts before I ever entered the wash. Very friendly service too.

I was not crazy about the car wash and what it would cost. I called, left an email to cancel and you still took my money out of my account. I want to be refunded. And my husband also canceled his service. It’s under My name Annette Holcombe and Robert Shurtleff. Please refund are money, this is something we’re not gonna use.

I've had a fast pass for this rocket fast for a few months. It has gotten steadily worse. Your car will NOT be clean when you come through this car wash. There's even a dude that wipes down the car before it goes through the car wash and my vehicle is still dirty on the back! Your car will not be dry after the dryers. After this car wash, your car will be spotty and may even sport some new scratches. The vacuums suck, and I mean that in the worst possible way. People come to use the free vacuums without ever even getting a car wash. The employees park in the vacuums spaces blocking the vacuums from paying customers. They will offer you a discounted price and then charge you full price. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

The staff is always friendly and my car gets washed fast. If it is extra dirty they will spend the time to spray it off good before sending me through the wash.

My grandson is in college. He came home went to Rocket fast. We are just figuring out why his debit card keeps getting charged.Every month. 1/8/26, I went with my debit card.The young lady asked if I wanted to pay an extra $1 to have access to wash my car for the next thirty days.FREE. first, YEEESS. And then I thought about my grandson.I asked her, would I be charged monthly on my card after this. And she said YES. Not telling me that I was entering into a monthly agreement. Y'all charged my grandson $25.75 for 2 months and with little money in his account, the bank charged $29, 2X. He was not aware of that because your workers did not tell that to him.
