If you are looking into getting a vehicle let me help you out & don’t come to this establishment, the level of unprofessional & bad business is out of this world I have an Ford Explorer, & have been experiencing a bad rack & pinion since July 13th of last year I have had 2 diagnostics done, never missed nor stop paying payments which that’s about to stop. My vehicle has been in their hands this last time for 19 days & counting I have had this ongoing issue since July of last year keep in mind this part supposed to be a warranty cover part, Communication!!! IS GARBAGE they expect you to continue making payments on a vehicle that’s not accessible & don’t even at least offer a loaner car or credit towards your account for the inconvenience this place & 100% Garbage & if you do decide to go to

The people were very friendly and helped me get into a vehicle for my family. They knew what I was looking for and had a selection on the lot that I could choose from. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied with the final decision before signing the paperwork.

If you're in need of a car don't do what I did and wait too long because I thought my credit was too bad. good credit bad credit no credit they really get you in. everybody there is super nice and they are really for you. It doesn't feel forced. Thanks everybody.

I give my experience with Car-Mart 5 stars!! The process was smooth sailing. I want to specifically thank Whitney, Alisha (hopefully I spelled it right) & Jae they were super professional, patient, understanding & DETERMINED to get me in the vehicle I picked out. I initially came in just for a test drive but I didn’t know that I’d be leaving with a vehicle the same day! They worked out great biweekly payments and a reasonable down payment for me. I am in love with the vehicle that I chose! It’s everything and more I wanted in a vehicle. I really appreciate the patience of the staff while I got everything worked out with adding my vehicle to the insurance. Great customer service all the way around! 10/10 I highly recommend

This is the worst company that I got a vehicle from. The first day of getting my vehicle not even 4 hours into having it the fuel pump went out and I couldn’t move the car and had to get it towed back to car-mart. And now I only had the vehicle 3 months, the car has an oil leak that I told them about 2 months ago and nobody ever got back with me and on top of all that my motor is pretty much gone and I have told them about this and told to get a diagnostic which I did and they want me to get a second opinion because they really don’t want to replace the motor. The car turned off on me in the middle of traffic 3 times, this car is a death trap and nobody cares.
