Car-Mart of Pine Bluff

Miss Trina is very unprofessional. I would suggest hiring a mechanic that actually works on the vehicles first hand that come from car mart because sending the car to a whole different mechanic is crazy. I felt extremely disrespected. I was told I would receive a call about my vehicle and didn’t receive one so I called them, I feel as though I was more than respectful and always have been with car mart, I don’t appreciate being accused of negligence, this is my first car ever I love this car I took care of this car, I spent a lot of my money on this car, she accused me of lying and told me I was RUSHING her, YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO BE A MECHANIC!! The worst customer service ever carmart will literally and purposely sell a mess up car and blame you for everything wrong with the car. I spent over a $1000 putting new parts cause the car was having problems already of course 😑. They so shady in 2024 I called cartmart after work hours and it redirected me to a sex line weird but ok✋😐🤚 I told them about it they took the card act like it never ever happened. It’s like they hired a bunch of adults with a brain capacity of a child. I left a google review with a 1 star literally February 9 2026 it’s February 10 2026 I can’t not find it like it got delete 😂 it’s just wild. Customer service great! Mrs. C. Simmons was very helpful. However, they can do a better job getting the cars ready. Car was not clean, check engine light on, crack windshield, left headlight out, and license plate light out.

I am on a fixed income and the pandemic ruined my credit trying to get by, but the team here were incredibly patient and worked with me to help me get a vehicle I could afford the payments on and fit my needs. I’d come back again if I ever needed another vehicle, and I am really happy with how everything turned out!
