O'Reilly Auto Parts

Went by there around 2:30pm 12-7-25, today to get a quart of transmission oil, the price was higher than competitors, by $7.00, I asked if I showed him on my phone the competitors price would he honor it and he laughed and said no. I needed it so I bought it. They advertise they meet competitors prices but they refused to today. There were two women working the counter and one man, I was dealing with the man.

Pretty decent auto part store. They had what I needed. Customer services was great.

First, my son-in-law and grandsons think this is the best auto parts store in the area! According to the boys, the team seems to know their “regulars” and why they are buying parts. Yesterday my 2008 chevy 2500 HD threw a engine light so I dropped by and they read the code for me. The guy acted happy to help and said, “if there is anything we can do to help, let us know”.

The cashier was nice and helpful and in a good mood. The atmosphere was uplifting which made my experience better cause no one enjoys going to O'Reilly's knowing you're having to buy something major the majority of the time.... Which cost money!!!
