Car-Mart of Poplar Bluff

I called twice today to get more information about the vehicles they have for sale and the financing options. The first call was great. They were friendly and helpful, but I only asked about their lowest-priced vehicles. The second call, where I tried to get more detailed information, was the complete opposite. When I asked about the engine size, the sales rep became annoyed, raised her voice, and claimed they just don’t get that information, which makes no sense for a dealership. I also asked whether a Chevy Spark could fit two car seats, and I ended up having to Google that myself. The lack of knowledge and effort, combined with the frustration in her tone, was surprising. When I asked about other available vehicles, she immediately pushed for financing and wanted us to get pre-approved

Does corporate actually care what their customers say and reprimand the store that causes the problems? I was told that I was a valued customer and they didn't want to lose my service. Bold face lie! Then told me they would have James (the manager) give me a call about the trade-in I was requesting. I waited a whole month, even when I made callbacks. I'm done trying to be patient. All I need is a yes or no answer. If it's no, I need you to come get this Chevy Traverse before it breaks down in the middle of the highway. I don't have heat, air, the traction control comes on and causes my vehicle to stutter. I've had so many problems with this sub, I'm done. I'm not going to pay anymore if I don't get a response SOON!
