Very patient with me, considering IV never had a car with payments. The staff was kind and very polite. Also I am absolutely in love with my car and we managed an amazing deal! Y'all go see Chris! REPLY- 3.5 months after my first purchase I totaled my car. In a weeks time, they had me and my family in another vehicle. The staff was actually concerned for me. They helped guide me through the insurance mess, paperwork and getting into a new car safe for my family of 5! They asked how I was as soon as I walked in and were extremely patient, with me being nieve to the issue of insurance and all. Couldn't be more thankful for Chris, Tyler and Anthony! Thank you gentlemen!

Drove 45 minutes to look at a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle had been sold. This is after speaking with lady on 2 separate occasions to set appointment time and to confirm I was headed to their location. Never got a call to inform me the vehicle was not available and had been sold. 1-1/2 hrs total round trip for nothing and could have been avoided. Very disappointed and very poor experience.

Run far away. My car was appraised at less than $4,000, less than 6 months after starting payments, and we're stuck paying $26,000 in total definitely can't wait to be done with this car paying experience. Payments are high and they over charge for used cars and not to mention withhold car information from past accidents.

I've been a customer for years. I've bought three cars from them. One car was almost paid off and the computer failed. Everything stopped working, gauges, door locks, windows, interior lights etc. Car Mart paid off the loan and put me in a beautiful Toyota Corolla that turned out to be the best car I ever owned. Recently my minivan financed through them has been overheating and has a cracked cylinder head. It's more than I can afford to fix. I explained that situation to Amy and she was so helpful. She reassured me that car mart is loyal to their customers and would help me find a solution. They are willing to pay off the remaining balance of my loan and put me in another safe and reliable vehicle. This is great customer service.
