I’m an independent mother and had one beat up car from Michigan! Car-Mart made it possible for my family to have a better reliable vehicle with my bad credit. Was able to make it all happen in less than 2 hours within my tight budget! My family is very thankful for the friendly service my Steven(hopefully spelled his name right:) & driving away with a vehicle I thought I couldn’t ever have!! The kid that was the sales associate was trying to be as professional as possible and I have no complaints about him however, this place is one that is predatory on people with trade ins, the younger crowd, etc. they try to screw you on any trade in you bring, they will offer at most 8k and then try to get top dollar for their buy here pay here inventory. If they were to inform me before the process started what their top dollar for trade in was I would have walked away. I stopped the process once they told me that and they still ran my credit and was highly inaccurate in their credit process. Avoid this place. I promised I'd give a review. We have paid off 2 vehicles with them. Now on 3rd. We sure didnt want to go back in debt but certain circumstances made it inevitable. That being said they were there for us in a bad position. We walked away with what we needed and fast and great customer service. They went beyond my expectations to help us get in a car. They are high priced but if you are locked in its possible. They are known for being expensive but they also get folks in a vehicle that are trying when other companies won't even look at you without judgements. If you are serious and need a2nd chance they have you better than other companies. And they have PPP insurance which comes in handy if the situation arises. Thank you Car-mart. Car Mart of Tullahoma was really great to work with. We went to several places to look for a truck for my husband and were disappointed by the way we were treated by the staff. We went to one place and every truck he looked at or drove had something that was wrong with it that had to be fixed. Jacob and Andrea at Car mart was really great to work with and went above and beyond to get him in the truck he wanted instead of trying to get to him settle for less. They were amazing will definitely be back here in the future.
