Staff is horrible to deal with and will harass you about payments and when you call to pay the whole car off they'll take there sweet time in processing it. Just a very unprofessional business to deal with don't recommend!

… I brought a car almost two months ago… the engine check light was on she told me “it’s on because it sat in the sun to long” and when I got it checked, my car had an misfire and needed new spark plugs. My ac didnt work, my breaks and tires needed to be changed with after I brought the car. not to mention today I almost got into a horrible accident because my battery stopped working while I was on the highway… when we was looking at the battery, the battery was really old and bad looking (I uploaded pictures) so far I probably spent 650 in damages getting the car fixed in the 1 month and three weeks I’ve had it… if you need a car quick answers willing to spend more than your down payment on the car just to fix it… this is definitely the place for you … mind you they don’t answer calls. Go to auto max on the expressway in Marrero,they have a cheaper lot on Belle chase highway next to the seafood Mart.. way better and cheaper cars,give them a try I am.looking at car Mart cars lot of damage to vehicles. I just purchased from Auto Max.

IF I CAN GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD.I NORMALLY WRITE POSITIVE REVIEWS BUT THIS ONE HAS TAKEN IT OUT OF ME ..PLS DONT GO TO THEM ITS NOT WORTH IT .IVE BEEN LEASING MY CAR WITH THEM FOR OVER A YEAR NOW I STILL DONT HAVE AN LICENSE PLATE !! THE OWNER ATTITUDE IS HORRIBLE ! KEEP IN MIND WHEN I GOT THIS CAR THE NEXT DAY IT TURNED OFF ON ME I SHOULDVE KNEW IT WAS BAD THAT DAY PLS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE !
