I am so thankful for the service we received when stranded over 100 miles from home. Tom was not only professional but polite, clean, and caring about our comfort and safety. He promptly answered the phone which was important to us instead of leaving a message on an answering machine and not knowing when or if I would get a call back. He was honest upfront about the cost so I could make an informed decision. A good ending to a bad situation thanks to Tom.
Tom was very welcoming, arrived within minutes of the call on local tow!!! Took us to a local mechanic I found. Very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend!!!
