Car Pool Car Wash - Short Pump

First time here and I’m far from happy. My floor mats were still dirty, they missed numerous spots, and a couple of the guys were so rude to me when I went over to get my car, when they did talk to me they could not even make eye contact. They need to learn a lesson in customer service. And they need to “detail” better. I spent a lot of money for something that looks like my 2 year old did it. The dash protectant is a joke and they miss half your dash. The cleaning of your doors and windows is also a joke, my doors looked liked they sprayed something and then never wiped it off because it was dried drip marks. My steering wheel Area was barely touched with dust everywhere still. My floor mats don’t even look like they were touched. All in all it took them a total of 2 minutes to wipe down

I paid $50 for a car wash and interior clean at Carpool, and it was an absolute waste of money. They left trash in my console, and the interior was still just as dusty and dirty as before. For the price, I expected at least basic attention to detail — instead, it looked like they barely touched the inside. Extremely disappointed in both the quality of service and the final result. I won’t be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

Having been to the mechanicsville location dozens of times with great service, I figured this location would be the same. This past Saturday I can just a Deluxe exterior wash to get the road salt off of my car. Got out of the car and went into the showroom as usual and they were done in about 10 mins. Car looked good as always, yet as soon as I got back in my car I noticed the (2) $1 bills I had left in my center compartment in front of the shifter were gone. As I tried to go back in to complain they were in the process of closing up and was told to contact management. Reached out via email 3 days ago and have heard no response from the owner. Traveled into the Richmond area from NE Ohio after experiencing days of frigid temperatures and snow. Extremely happy with the job Car Pool Car Wash in Short Pump Virginia did on my Jeep. They were slammed, yet took the time and effort needed to make my vehicle look like a shiny new ride again. Thanks Car Pool!

Yikes. $100 for terrible work. Glad I didn’t pay the tip up front (they asked for it at check in) this is not a 2 hour deep clean and my paint is covered in white specks.
