Such an excellent choice for all your car repair needs. I have been taking all four of our cars there for over seven years. Bill is honest, fair and trustworthy, traits that can be hard to find these days. He explains everything to me in terms I can understand. He gives accurate and easy to understand information. He also gives you a heads up on what to possibly expect for upcoming needs…brakes, tires, ect. Great communication. Great service!!!!

Bill & crew are always cheerful and very accommodating. We have been using their expertise at least 13 years, since they were located in New London. We have had both Toyota and Jeep vehicles serviced over the years with no complaints. Inspections, oil change, new tires, brakes, and anything else that has come along. We keep our vehicles till they have over 150k miles, with current cars at 111k and 167k. Bill and crew, provide guidance and maintenance. I'm confident they will tell me when the cars need to be retired. I believe he would rather me retire a vehicle then limp it along with frequent "fixes" just to keep money flowing his way. My recommendation is have CRS do the simple things along with the difficult, that way they get to know you and your car.

Bill and his staff always do a great job of taking care of my vehicles. I arrived early in the morning and my car was serviced in a reasonably short amount of time. If you’re looking for a shop that does great honest work, give Car Repair Services a try.

Have been taking our vehicles to CRS for over 10 years. Bill and his amazing crew are top notch. Always honest and helpful with our repairs. Wonderful people with great attitudes and they know cars inside and out. I love that they are happy to take the time to explain what was broken, how they fixed it, and how to avoid issues in the future. When I "thought" I knew what the expensive issue was, they pointed out that it was a much cheaper problem. Gotta love that! LOL I can not recommend them enough.

Always a great experience here! Bill and his employees are extremely knowledgeable about vehicles and you know you’re in good hands. Bill always goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and explain everything to you. Being a woman it’s not always comfortable to walk into one of these places but their honesty and professionalism make it a pleasure. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!
