I have always had good experiences with DeFrank Automotive and have been using their services for years. My cars have been well maintained, and they do great work. They are very honest and always take time to explain why the car needs the services they suggest. They give me heads up on maintenance for wear items and let me decide what needs to be done. They are almost like doctors suggesting treatment options to a patient giving the pros and cons of each and letting the patient decide. They are a family run business that works hard and cares about their customers. I do have to warn you that they are usually booked well in advance. So, it might be hard to get a last-minute appointment, but they have managed to squeeze us into the schedule in the past in an emergency.

I would give DeFrank Automotive 10 stars if I could. Extremely professional, honest and service oriented. Certified mechanics that are able to work on ALL types of vehicles. Because of their meticulous attention to detail, customer satisfaction and popularity. You will probably have to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment. My wife and I feel very fortunate to have found this great local business.

DeFrank Automotive is by far the best place in the Oxford area to bring your vehicle for service and state inspections. We have been to a few others in the area and they do not even come close to the personal service provided here. We had the pleasure of dealing with Greg and also the owner Kevin. Both were knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Although it was our first visit here, we felt as if we had been coming here for years. Their work is first rate and they finish promptly. We would highly recommend you give them a try!
