CAR STOP TOWING, LLC

My car was stolen and APD had it towed to this towing yard -not my choice - an overnight all in all cost me $274 bucks! Ridiculous prices, and refused to tell the the state my car was in so that I could know what I needed to get it out of their yard. Not helpful at all!

Their towing drivers like to cut off other drivers on busy roads without directionals. Careless drivers. One of their drivers cut across 4 lanes of traffic going up the hill on 528 and didnt even use a directional while cutting in front of us. Still didnt use a directional when turning onto westside blvd either. If they drive like this with their company vehicles Im sure it’s only a matter of time till they inevitably wreck a customers during transport.

Hands down the BEST in town. I got in accident a few weeks ago on paseo, I called for a tow service and the lady on the phone was super nice and helpful. Carlos came out to tow my truck, he was careful with my truck. Don't waste your time calling around. Use CAR STOP they are the best at what they do.

Car was towed due to an accident on I-25. Complete ripoff, $255.00 for a 4 1/2 mile tow. Then they wrote down a wrong address on the tow slip so I had to call to find out where they were located. MAYBE TELL ME ON THE PHONE THAT IT'S CASH ONLY! Seriously? Awful ripoff artists. Also the hours say 7:30-5:00 I was there at 8:15 AM and it was locked up.

You do not want the problems at this company will put you through!!!!!! Unfortunately, my car was towed there after a collision. When it was sent for repair it was missing handicap licenses plate and they helped themselves for my new battery and placed and replaced it with an old battery. So expect when you pick up your car after repair in addition to your deductible, you will also need to register for a new vehicle plate and a new battery. When I called the Car Stop Towing to ask where my plates were. They gave me every excuse in the book why they didn’t have the plates. One of them being that the, “other company” must have taken them. The second being that big due to the car being there for over a month I should reported it missing sooner. Had to make a police report. From my understand
