Car Wash

Sometimes I have had problems with the coin slots. They appear to be jammed. A couple times, now, It appeared there was no soap when I was spray washing. But both above issues could have been weather related. Everything else is always fine. It is a cheap $2 wash.

The car wash was great ,everything worked well but the vacuum and the fragrance didnot work as well as it use to,the fragrance smelled moldy and I tried each one with disappointment. I purchased a 6 month package at Mister Car wash and I spent more on ⛽ and the closest is 25 minutes away. I use to use yours all the time.

I was happy not to pay 3 dollars at an ATM for cash. Remembering the car washtakings debit cards. I was not happy when there were no instructions on how to us ite. Thought I was canceling my transaction. Turns out I was adding more time. Cost me 10 dollars where I would have spent 5. Most likely. All good would have given a better rating, but I am just now finished with the wash. I'll know in the future if i decide to return if ok with the whole setup. My opinion. Please have instructions on how to use a particular PRODUCT. I. E the self wash part of your car wash. Lesson learned, but it should have been easier to manage the operation of the system.

Self service car wash. Never had any issues here. Machines work as they should. Helpful hint: If it's below freezing, wait for it to warm up before going here. Non heated hoses...

it appears the card reader charged my card twice for a wash. I started with quarters in the first bay, I was almost finished, on the spot free rinse stage and ran out of change so had to use my card to finish. I swiped my card and it charged me $10. I don’t know how to contact anyone to see about getting this situation taken care of.
