** Outstanding Customer Service ** Purchased the Gold wash today and as I was going through, I noticed some of the side washers would start then shut off and retract. Hmm. So after going through and checking out the car, it really was poorly cleaned: some areas on the car were not even wet. There was also some soap on the passenger side front tires. I found the manager, who greeted me very friendly. ( I inadvertently did not get his name). He looked at the car and agreed something obviously went wrong ( nothing is perfect, right?) so he compensated by having me go through again: Diamond wash. Sparkling clean!!! He went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction! Thank you!! I definitely appreciate your professionalism and dedication!!

Washer bent my front license plate. Worker said it only happens with Honda Accords. Sure, tell me after I already purchased a monthly plan and need to go to the RMV for another plate.

Unfortunately, I must write a negative review about Balise car wash that used to care about its customers and not just a dollar amount. I’ve been a customer for just about 3 years now, I have the “family Plan” of car washes. I take my vehicle many times a month. Last month I noticed on my bank statement the charge to my account was $10 extra than normal. Figured maybe it was a mistake let’s see next month. Well, this month bill came, and I was charged an EXTRA $20 for the month?? WHY, why am I being charged extra without any notification on WHY I am being charged. When I went down to speak to the manager in person… At the end of the day, no notification on increase and paying more per month, nor did I agree to pay more per month, nor was I given the option on what I wanted to do with MY m

I usually go in the morning. And I always see the same lady. I have nothing against her, but she is always on her cell phone and sometimes I have questions but she is in her own world and does not pay attention to me. I have already made a complaint and spoke to one of the managers. It seems that he does not care what we, the customers, think. Unfortunately, it is time to look for another car wash since the service is very bad there for the customer. Thank you and I hope the owners take action on the matter
