Car Wash

This is one of very few if not actually the only DIY car wash I know of from Morristown and into Knoxviile. I've used this place numerous times throughout the years and have no complaints. I always get the time I pay for, the water pressure is great, the wand dispenses soap and wax as it should, and the spotless rinse leaves my car without water spots. I was able to give my car a pretty good wash for $2. That bought me a little over 4 minutes. I had to move quickly and efficiently but I got it done and got the road salt off my car! I should mention that it was night time around 11 when I was passing by and decided to stop. The facility was very well lit and as a female by myself, I felt safe. So, great wash at a bargain price, at a safe well lit and CLEAN facility! 5 stars!!!

The wash bay farthest away from the oil change place is hot garbage. I could have washed more dirt off my truck peeing on it. Had to spend extra just to try and get it clean. The other 2 wash bays spray with lots of pressure. Not the last one. Stay away from it and don’t waste your money.

Carwash is ok. After it changed ownership it's kinda started going downhill. I also hate having to get tokens for the manual wash. Usually have a lot of quarters already in the car so I would stop frequently. Seems I never have ones or a 5 and I don't want 10 and 20 dollars worth of tokens that I'll end up losing before I use them so I don't use it but maybe once a month as opposed to once or twice a week before. Update: Now the time seems shorter. Get 3:43 for 2 dollars. Going to 2 stars. Now going to one star. The water pressure is so low, my water hose at home has more pressure. Tire cleaner option doesn't work on any bay.

The automatic wash took 10$ from me and I never got the wash, no number to contact and no one to help, also the price of the vacuums have doubled and the time given has been cut by 50% I will never come back and I will tell my entire community to avoid this place

I went through the Soft Touch Automated Car Wash and the car is surprisingly clean without wax. I used the $10 wash. My only issue is the spinning rags bent my rear license plate holder.
