Car Wash & Oil Change

Talked to William the manager and they turned me away because my truck had a bottle of water on the back! This place used to be okay but now bunch of rude people that don’t want any customers work there! Trash! We’re going to another place that respect their customers! Horrible place! They also caused $5000 damage to another truck according to William so don’t waste your time! Horrible service Don’t waste your money! Awful service

Excellent service here!! Lo mejor!! The person who handled my oil change service was just a great guy and the 3 people who helped detail the inside of my car made it look brand new! I haven't seen it look like this in years. Tip them well, it's totally worth it and well-deserved!! All of my family vehicles will be coming here. Amazing!!! Everyone wants to get the most out of their hard earned money right now and expect good service where they choose to spend it. This is definitely where I'd put my money. Thank you to the whole team!

I went in the morning of 1/25/24 for a car inspection. There were 3 cars ahead of me, but ended up taking 45+ minutes before i was able to enter the bay. While waiting, i noticed 2 cars behind me decided to leave (probably from the long wait). Once i entered the bay, another 15+ minutes before the inspection was done. I usually go to a stand alone inspection for my annual car inspection, but decided to give this place a try since it was on my way gym. Guess i won't be coming back next year.

They have increased their prices unreasonably. I have a BMW 535i and was quoted $190 for an oil change. I called BMW of Plano and had the service perform there for $153 which also included a free car wash and refreshments and snacks while I waited. Don't believe I'll ever go back to this place

I went in to get my motorcycle inspected on 4/24/24. While waiting, I saw one of their signs that said "Hand Washing" and it showed a motorcycle. So after the inspection I got it washed. And it was dirty. I've seen less dirt on a pig. I didn't look at my watch, but the attendant must have spent an hour on it. I watched from the lounge area. He was very thorough. He even treated the leather; seat, trunk and saddlebags. $45. I'm going back for sure. Next, I'm taking in the Miata.
