Car Wash Pro's

Had an amazing experience getting my SUV detailed here before trading it in. This was our family car and it was in rough shape thanks to the kids—but the staff absolutely killed it. Great communication throughout, and when I picked it up the car looked insanely clean inside and out. For the price, I was really impressed—it felt like a brand-new vehicle again. The pre-opening key drop was super convenient, and I was able to pick the car up later that day after work near the train station. Best decision ever. I’ll definitely be bringing my new car back here for detailing. Highly recommend!

Came by for a car wash. Got the ultra. The guys washed my cars before, scrubbed it. Went through the auto car wash. Then they dried my car. Car came out nice and clean after all that salt build up. Wash vines with an under carriage wash which is critical in this weather. Highly recommend. First time here and will be coming back.

Update: They called and detailed the car again. This time, making sure no spots were missed and everything looked good. Top tier customer service! I called earlier in the week to schedule an 8 am Interior detail for my sedan. -I dropped the car off promptly at 8am, but didn't get it back until almost 5pm. The whole point of scheduling an early appointment was that I would get my car back sooner, -especially since it was an Interior only. -To make matters worse, it seemed like they rushed through it (Probably when I started calling 6 hours after drop off, asking about car's status). In the photo attatched, you can see splatter from a spray bottle. Most likely indicating, they didn't actually shampoo the seats and just wiped them down because they were running out of time. I visited the car wash recently. It has changed for the worse. The staff is very pushy and very very rude. It seems the goal is to get you in and out for the money not the service. Paid for the 2nd tier - pro super wash and still left with soapy mirrors with streaks. Given the many car washes in the area this definitely the last time I’ll go to this location. Horrible service and not worth the money. Definitely do not recommend.

Gleaming. Thats how id describe my car when they finished the add-on vacuum service. I thought i do a pretty good job myself but I dont come anywhere close to this clean.
