Thank you for doing a fantastic job repairing my car. You were highly recommended from my service maintenace provider who didn't have a welder/mechanic on staff. He replaced what needed to be replaced and disagree with previous assessment that I also needed to replace another part. Excellent service, integrity, and good humor. What solidified it with me: When one of your regular customer mentioned how much she appreciated the auto services for older model cars she keeps repairs up for her young adult children to use. I got a nail in my tire on my way to Chicago, so I pulled off the exit and into the shop. The young lady working behind the counter said she would be happy to plug my tire. She did a great job, was quick, and so friendly! I appreciated her taking the time to help me. Would definitely recommend! 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I got a flat tire a few weeks ago, and these guys were so nice and helpful on a very stressful day. So, when my heating when out this week in the middle of a blizzard, I knew who to call! The manager, Nestor, and crew (Ray, Cal, Tim, Mike) were again so wonderful and were able to get it sorted for me quickly and at an extremely reasonable price. These folks really know what they're doing, and will help you get back on the road fast. They give you the knowledge you need about any issues going on, so that you can make the best decision for your vehicle. Thanks again, y'all! 100/10!
Had an appt for tires to be changed out. Tires had already been delivered to this location. 11am appt on a fri. Not very busy at all. Its 1230 and they say it will be 2 hours before they get to it. Im being nice but they are not trying to work today. No manager I heard them say so no surprise nobody is working. They seem nice enough just not trying to do to much
My tires was bold and the team really helped me and got our car right. Being new to South Bend we didn’t know where to go but now we do I enjoyed sitting and waiting for the car to get down my service was excellent!! Thank you and GOD BLESS
