Beware of Credit Acceptance loans! Do not let this place sign you up for Credit Acceptance for a loan! They are a subprime predatory loan! And will tell you they're gonna lower your points every 3 months. But it's a lie. Do one thing they don't like. Even though your loan is current. And they will add the money and interest points back to your loan. Like I paid early. Account said I was good. It still took out a payment later that month on auto pay. So when I paused auto pay the next month. Still current. They charged me more money on my loan. And raised my interest rate. I got rid of the loan. Im not stupid. But I just want to warn others. Unless you don't mind paying 30k for a 16k car. Do not accept a loan from Credit Acceptance Corp.

I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. We purchased a Kia Forte back in January, and the next day, I had to replace all headlights. 2 months after, the car showed a check engine light, so I had it checked. It was misfiring, so we fixed the problem (already almost $500) then a week later, I had the same issue! Down $200 again! 2 WEEKS LATER, I have spots on my driveway. The car was leaking transmission fluid! The previous owner made some changes under the hood, that Car Zone never checked out! I called the original dealership that sold the car to the auction that Car Zone purchased the car from, and they told me the car was so messed up, it wasn't worth fixing. Seemed more concern about making a sale instead of selling a good solid vehicle...have put more than 2500 dollars into a Ford 2011 expedition I haven't had barely 6 months...and top it off looking at another 5 to 8 hundred more...WILL NOT Be doing anymore business with these swindlers! Wouldn't suggest anyone else did either!

The two words I would use to describe experience at Car Zone...honesty and integrity. This is a top notch establishment and staff. They truly wanted to make sure I had the best vehicle for my needs. Thank you Greg and Alex...you will most certainly have my business for life.
