Cara Mobile Oil Change & Auto Repair Service

I was driving on the highway and my car alerted me that there was an issue with coolant level and to stop driving. I pulled over and tried calling Volkswagen and AAA who were not helpful because it’s after hours and I am over 1 hour from home. I called Cara Auto and they came within 30 minutes to run a roadside diagnostic test and rectify the problem. Jerryl was amazing. He fixed the problem after doing thorough examination to ensure there were no leaks and he was both pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend!

Tried to get them to do swap brake pads and potentially rotors but they told me I needed to do a diagnosis. lol a diagnosis to confirm I needed the rotors. They called me and were pretty insistent about it. Got off the phone and they basically confirmed in order to avoid the diagnosis I’d have to take the wheel off myself and look at the rotor and tell them if they need to swap it. If you know exactly what you need; sure I guess the pricing wasn’t terrible considering they’ll come to you but they really expected me to take my wheel off, look at my rotor, and give them the OK to charge me more money. Like take the 2 seconds to look when you would’ve done the brake job; even if you had to buy the part it’s not like you couldn’t return it. Charge a $10 restocking fee or something if that’s a

I recently had my Oil pressure sensor replaced and the mechanic was efficient and knowledgeable. He was very informative also of some things I may need to get taken care of in the near future. Very helpful.
