The ABSOLUTE BEST car buying experience I have ever had! Cannot thank Russell and his team enough. I spent months looking for a specific Lexus across dealerships, online, and local sellers. After what seemed like an endless stream of duds and/or scams, I found Carblok on FB marketplace with the exact car I was looking for so decided to reach out. When I pulled up to their small shop I almost turned away due to lack of parking but I am so happy I didn't. I just bought my car on Tuesday 3/25 from this dealer. This was hands down the BEST experience I have ever had and I’d buy from them again. It has only been almost three days with the car and so far, so good. I encourage everyone to always ignore a negative review and form your own opinion and experience. My car has no issues so far. It’s honestly perfect. I intend on keeping it that way by understanding what it needs as time goes on by maintaining preventative measures and taking care of it. We had a good car buying experience! Unlike other dealers, they actually had the exact car listed on CarGuru, in good condition. The process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. We came in, test-drove the car, paid, and drove home the same day. Joseph was super helpful and made everything seamless. Highly recommend this dealership!
