I've been waiting to hear about an insurance claim after an accident. My insurance has reached out and told me you'd reach out to me in a timely manner to notify me of the cost of repairs or the general information regarding my vehicle. It's been 4 days, today is the fifth. I tried to reach out to the body shop and the main office through phone call this morning and after several attempts I still have no information. My insurance is asking ME if I have any information because you have also failed to give them any information. I and my insurer would like to hear from you soon.
