Like other reviewers, I was also lied to. A Cardinal driver hit my car with the side board of his truck. He knew it, because I couldn't catch up with him. I talked the "owner and safety manager" Bear, he assured me they would take care of any repairs. The next day, after I sent the photos of the damage, he told me they wouldn't fix it, they didn't hit my car, there was no paint scapes. The running board was diamond plated steal and it ripped my car like a can opener.

Got rear ended by a distracted driver and cardinal towed my car for me. I went to hospital to get checked out. The next day I went there to get my personal belongings. They were very nice to deal with. I sure appreciate the good job they do and how pleasant they were. I wasn't sure what to expect as I've heard lots of horror stories about towing companies. This one is a good one. 😊
