Horrible customer service. Arrived at 2:30pm, but had to wait an hour because of shift change. I then Waited 45 mins just to check in and not given a dock door because they needed to find my freight. I was given a door around 5pm and was loaded at 8:45pm. Another driver was there before me at 10am and wasn’t loaded when I arrived. He ended up leaving without being loaded because of the very long wait and horrible service. Avoid if you can unless you want to waste your time.

Place is closed at night .. overnight parking available between two warehouse. Opens after 6.30 am Door F For pickups
Cardone remanufactured rack and pinion broke after 2 weeks. They will not honor their published 3 year warranty citing I must go to merchant. Joe from customer service even told me erroneously merchant warranty supercede cardone oem warranty. This is a blatant misinformation which contradicts their published warranty. Cardone isn’t in BBB or even accredited. May have no options but to sue to get Cardone to honor their written warranty commitment.
