CARES Car Wash

I didn't want to write this review. My car was damaged here and the damages were close to $100. I did my due diligence. I checked if it was the car wash that damaged my car (it was, I checked my own cameras), and I made a claim to this car wash for my damages (but they declined it). I would have dropped this whole issue, but the car wash kept claiming it wasn't their fault. I cannot agree with a business that doesn't take responsibility when they damage someones property. So I will not be coming back here again. Get a wash here at your own risk. Edit: Declined again, issue will have to stay unresolved.

Don't miss this car wash! From the warm & helpful greeting of the staff at the pay kiosk to the towel dry at the end. This is a very professional, clean and efficiently run drive thru wash. It was my first time and I was not disappointed. Fair pricing for a great selection of wash treatments. The staff is friendly and attentive to every need. I didn't get their names but I visited late afternoon July 8th. My compliments to the young man and young woman that waited on me.👏💪 Also, loved the handpainted artwork on the exterior! What a nice enhancement 🌼🖼🎨👩🏻‍🎨 I'll def be back and refer family and friends 👍

I finally made it to get my free car wash. I received excellent service. My car was filthy dirty. He sprayed and brushed and sprayed. After going through the carwash he met me at the end and wiped it down. Thank you so much. I will be considering a membership soon.

Good customer service and I liked the wet cloth they provide you (for your dash I think?). But I paid for the $25 “best” wash. I still have a dirty windshield and hood. The entire wash probably lasted 90 seconds. Seemed more like a car massage where my car got slapped by soapy flaps but nothing substantial happened. Probably good if your car needs a quick once over, but definitely not if you need stuff actually scrubbed off.

BEWARE!!! My car was damaged here and they refuse to take responsibility or even refund my monthly membership. As the car wash attendant was guiding my car into the wash, I heard a very loud clunk. I looked at the attendant like, what the heck? And he kept guiding me through. As I got out of the car wash something was definitely wrong. Something was dragging underneath my car. It was sooo loud. The undercarriage cover was broken and dragging underneath. I immediately told the attendant (who was very nice and helpful) and we took pictures. When I contacted the owner, he said it wasn't their problem and that it must've happened before I got into the car wash-which it absolutely did not.There was nothing wrong with my car prior to entering the wash.
