Excellent customer service from the moment you walk through the door. None of that pushback games to get a vehicle & negotiate a price. Leo, the salesman & his team made it as easy, fast & pleasant to do business with them. For me the only bad thing was the fact that I couldn’t get a second key, I’m use to always getting two. I will definitely comeback again.

10000/100000 Leo and Jeda could not have made this experience better.. after being denied time and time again at other dealers Carfect got me approved.. the process was so simple and easy I even got my tag and insurance through them..The first day I went I didn’t see a car that I fell in love with .. so I left and came back the next day to a whole lot of different cars.. then I found THE ONE!!! I will recommend this place out of any dealership in Chicagoland

do not come here without having a pre-approved loan from a bank or credit union (it’s super easy to do). somehow the best loan these guys could offer my parents was a 21.9% apr despite them both having 750+ credit. making it make sense please. and car they were sold was sold for 2x the KBB value. my belief is that they took advantage of the fact that my parents aren’t the most financially literate. if you shop here just proceed with caution

DO NOT GO HERE! Due to me having cheap car insurance & I wasn’t able to get my other car fixed, I was forced to give the car back as a voluntary repo because I couldn’t do anything with that car… ANYWAYS. This place was the only place willing to give me a car around the same time I gave up my last car… BUT the car they gave me ended up having problems, like most cars do. My throttle light kept coming on, making my car jerk & drive slow. So I was going to take my car to this one shop but the Aurora location insist that I take it to them because it would be cheaper. So I took my car to the Aurora location to get fixed. They kept my car for almost a month. Said it was my PCM that needed to be fixed, Then when I was suppose to get my car back, they called & said the lights are still on & that

I didn’t get a car with them. I didn’t even go to check out anything. Looking at the reviews and how they blew my phone up. They called me multiple times, even to the point where they would call and call right back then leave text messages then call right back and voicemails. I explained this to the person that called me and I told him that was a definite red flag because why are you so desperate to get me in a car. I understand it’s a business but to call somebody repeatedly back to back, leave text messages and voicemails is a bit excessive and might as well say harassment. He told me that I was the one that contacted them and I let him know I have the right to change my mind and to stop calling my phone because it’s harassment and if they call again I’m contacting a lawyer.
