Came here for the first time and right from the beginning they were very professional and understanding. I used my warranty and they delt with the calls and confirmations. I originally felt it might if been the alternator, and after they did a very thorough diagnostic of my vehicle, it was the starter and alternator. they voiced all concerns, and was very transparent how much everything would cost in the end. they were nice enough to wave certain fees to keep cost down and fixed my vehicle in a timely matter. They also explained if future issues did come up, they would check the vehicle and again, wave some fees for me (not always guaranteed, it is a business, but they were very understanding and professional the whole way through). Best auto repair shop best warranty repair shop. They really work with any warranty car really helpful very convenience. Communication was very great. Very helpful. They change my transmission after they change the transmission car driving great no issue. I’m glad found them.

This place is highly unprofessional and shady. I took my truck here to get diagnosed because it was stuck in drive and wouldn’t start. They used a wench on the back of my truck to get it off the tow truck. They caused damage on the back of my tailgate. Didn’t tell me about it till a week later. They sent me videos of them literally doing it, and yet they still refused to say it was their fault but got the damage fixed which shows they caused it. They were shady with the charges for the transmission work that was approved and paid for by my extended warranty. They tried charging me for the teardown fee which ended up being covered. They then tried charging me over $700 for shop supplies but never told me about it. After telling them I was getting the better business bureau and my attorney

My experience with Carfixed Repair Shop was extremely satisfying. The atmosphere was courteous, friendly and professional. I took my car to be serviced and it was done in a timely manner. Everything pertaining to the maintenance was relayed to me which I appreciated very much.
