Sandy is not only funny and very quick witted she is a blast to work with, everyone at this car hop is great. As I said above Sandy, Nick and Nicole all have one agenda and that’s to help you get into a gently used car on your terms and make sure you stay in it! It doesn’t feel like I’ve been here for over a few hours they took care of several customers and others, all while still helping me.
was in on a super busy saturday and there was only one person working this young woman Nahomy she was juggling all 4 desks plus one other person and she was doing it all so calm and with hands down the best customer service i’ve ever seen. she inspired me to be more calm and professional in stressful situations at work. she is amazing and seeing her handle that many customers at once was extremely impressive and she was beyond helpful. i’d say give her a raise and do whatever you can to keep a employee like that
Morgan, was the person that helped us today! (4/19/25) and she was nothing short of AMAZING!! And out of EVERY SINGLE DEALERSHIP I have tried between the cities and southern MN, Morgan was the legit ONLY PERSON THAT GAVE ME HOPE when it came to getting into a new vehicle TODAY, like I NEEDED!! So, Morgan?.. THAN YOU!! You were so sweet, respectful, and laid back. I honestly wouldn't have wanted to deal with ANYONE ELSE! She had also made the entire experience in itself easy and quick compared to other dealerships and she worked with my income and gave me payments that were AFFORDABLE for me. So all in all.. the entire experience was a 5 out of 5 💯💯💯
Nahomy and Sandi are amazing thank you so much with helping me get a vehicle today and the one I really wanted. I appreciate the two of you so much especially with staying late and helping me out. You both are the best!!!
I absolutely recommend CarHop. Naomi and Sandi were extremely friendly and transparent about pricing, and were very helpful in finding the right car for my budget. Super positive space to be in, and all around a great experience!
