Jiffy Lube

I usually take my car to Valvoline but my girlfriend asked me to specifically bring her car to Jiffy Lube and I was surprised at the service I received at Jiffy Lube today. Brian and Teddy were patient and took the time to explain to me what my car really needed rather than just trying to sell me stuff. I learned two new things that can help with my oil change after a long period, like flushing out my engine and adding treatment with my oil to keep my engine clean and working smooth. Without a doubt I’m bringing my own car to them next time. Friendly service and I also saved money!

The team here was really great. Very friendly and professional. I genuinely appreciated their kindness and recommendations. I don’t feel like they made me pay for any services I didn’t need. They looked at my engine air filter and honestly told me it didn’t need to be changed yet. Many places would have told me otherwise. I appreciate their honesty and I’ll definitely be back to this shop.

I just received the best customer service that I have had in a long time from Ted at this Maplewood location. He helped me every very step of the way and was very nice and knowledgeable. My brake fluid was replaced even faster than I was expecting and my car is breaking properly again. Will absolutely be coming back because of my experience with Ted and Antonio.

Went in for an oil change today & the service was great! They try quick, yet thorough. I didn’t feel pushed into anything that I wasn’t ready for, but they laid out all of the options for me so that I was well informed. They even went above & beyond & looked into a light bulb issue I was experiencing.

I took my car in for quick oil change because I didnt have time at home. During jiffy lubes engine air filter inspection, the tech working on my car wrecklessly took out my filter housing and cracked a wire harness connected to it. I heard a crack at the time and didn't assume and think much about it until I went back and replaced the filter myself. It doesn't ruin the performance or won't cause any issue, but that broken harness with my wires hanging freely will be a reminder to me and everyone who decides to go there that no care is put into their inspection. If they don't treat your car like theirs, you shouldn't go there and of course you paid them to help break your own car. It's not their car so they don't care, again a reminder for you all to reconsider before letting others touch y
