First time car buyer, and the experience was great from the beginning to the end! Gigi greeted us with a smile and warm welcoming personality from the minute we got close to the sales area. Guided us through this process with respect, patience and was very personal. The sales manager Austin was very friendly and felt like family. Then the auto dealer who cleaned the care was so sweet. Brian the sales manager was also the nicest. Everyone was so nice and honestly I cannot find anything bad to say. This team is like a family and you can feel the good vibes. I'm ready to buy another car already lol

We had a great experience at CARite. The staff was extremely helpful, responsive, and made sure all of our questions were answered throughout the entire process. Dom was especially patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk us through everything and making the experience smooth and stress-free. Christie was absolutely wonderful. She explained many options over a span of 4 1/2 hours including a break to accommodate me getting to my doctors appointment. I've been looking for a car for several months. I stumbled into this dealership accidentally, and I'm so glad that I did! I worked with Dom who was very easy to talk to and not salesy. He educated me about the car and answered all of my questions. When it got time to finalize all the paperwork, I got cold feet... Not because of the car or the dealership, just the commitment to a car payment. These people never pressured me. I talked through my concerns with the finance person, I think her name is alex? She talked it out with me and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you to all the wonderful employees at this dealership. You guys are all great!
