We had our first service with CarLife Scottsdale, and could not be happier. The facility is spotless. Well maintained, cand comfortable if you are waiting for your car. The team is very professional. They communicate well, document their findings, and discuss options, rather than just telling you what you "need to do." We know from this visit that we have some larger repairs coming, and fully intend to have that work done at CarLife. I highly recommend them for car maintenance.

Outstanding! The staff were very friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I got in the same day that I called and when I arrived they took my car in right away. They did the repairs in less than an hour and a half. I am extremely pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone who needs auto repairs.

Took my vehicle here for e Pre Purchase Inspection. Eddie and his crew there were fantastic from the moment I walked in. First off, lace is so clean I couldn't tell if I was in an auto repair shop or a Doctors office. Beautiful inside and out. Justin up front was super nice and even gave recommendation for windshield repair company (I used and were very reasonable as well). The tech Thomas was very efficient and upfront about everything. And Eddie was as nice as they come and very reasonable to work with. Not sure I'll be taking my vehicle anywhere else honestly. 100 out of 10!

Great, fast service. Able to pick up my car next day after the diagnostic. They had parts on hand for my fuel pump, which is rare for an Audi. I'd recommend and go back again.
