I just want to share how impressed I’ve always been with Carl's Collision on Orchard Street in New Bedford. The quality of their work is honestly second to none. They do expert-level repairs and never cut corners. You can tell they take real pride in their craftsmanship, and it shows every time. Everyone there is great to deal with — from the guys in the shop doing the actual body work to the office staff, especially Pauline. She’s always helpful, professional, and makes the whole process easy. They truly go out of their way to make sure you get everything you’re entitled to during the repair process, which gives you real peace of mind. By far the best collision repair shop experience. Customer service was top notch... from the first call, drop off, updates, and an earlier than expected completion. My car looks better than new and I'm leaving their parking lot in a vehicle that looks better than the day I purchased it. Paulina and Josh were absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t possibly be more satisfied with the work that was done, and the communication, and services they offered me. On a scale from 1-10 I give them a 15. Absolutely blown away by the results. My brand new car was victim of a hit and run by a drunk and uninsured driver— they took care of me in a way I never imaging a business would ever. It was old world, real person to person business. They put me in a brand new, very nice rental— and my car looked better when I picked it up from them than it did when I picked it up out of the Honda showroom! Huge kudos to the office staff, administrators, and body shop staff that were clean, professional, respectful and very much understanding— they even helped me navigate the absolute nightmare that is P
