This is a real review, no bs. I got a bmw from CarMax, and I LOVE IT! Everything was so simple and easy. The communication was great all the way through. They delivered my car to me for free because it under the 60mile range. The pictures they showed online of scratches on the car I brought weren’t even as noticeable in person and my car is white. I’ll definitely deal with CarMax from now on.

My experience was amazing Mr. Ricky Jones was prepared knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. The process did not take long at all he had me in and out he called in advance so that I was prepared. It wasn’t crowded and everyone he brought me in contact with was very nice and helpful
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They made car buying so simple. We had everything filled out online, so all we had to do was sign a few documents at the dealership. We were in and out in about 30 minutes.
