First time shopping with Carmax and it was an incredible experience overall!! Kareem and Jackson both helped me with selling a car to Carmax and located the car of my dreams which I did purchase. These guys are amazing and very knowledgeable. The interactions were pressure and stress free. They answered all my questions and concerns with zero pressure to buy. Even though we did not end up buying a car from CarMax, we would still like to leave a positive review of CarMax and their salesman Kendell Berry. We came in undecided on 3 vehicles. We were able to see them and test drive vehicles. We were provided great insight and enjoyed or interaction with the people of CarMax. Unfortunately the mileage on the vehicle does not fit into the circumstances of our loan. We appreciate you guys taking the time to help us out.

There is nothing better than someone that knows their job, and extends their excitement to those that walk in the the door. That person is Jamie. I'm very happy with the 2020 Toyota Camry I purchased at Carmax in Charlottesville, Virginia. The staff was very helpful and in no way tried to pressure me into buying anything. They ordered a car from another location and when it came in I test drove it by myself and really liked it. The buying process was easy as there no haggle policy makes me feel like I got a fair deal. One of the most impressive things to me was they scrubbed and the cleaned the bugs off the license plates of the car I traded in before putting them on the Camry. I would've never expected that. Good job Carmax and I'll recommend you every time.
