Used the online price quote tool put our car vin which auto populated features of car. Was given reasonable quote when we got there after driving 2 and a half hours they inspected our Mercedes. And lowered the price by 3,000 because they claimed it didn’t have the speakers it auto populated for our vin and we were off a little on mileage. My mileage was 75,000. I asked to speak to a manager because I didn’t agree with the price being lowered that much and was told the manager was on lunch. There was a lady who did come up to offer help who said the quotes were not negotiable but she did say if we used the gap insurance coverage we would have enough to pay off the original car loan and a little back. A BIG thank you to everyone here at Car Max in Easton. Big shout out to JOSH & HUNTER and CESAR, I’m def not the easiest to deal with. And they were beyond patient with me lol. They took care of everything. We had a few little hiccups. That was not there fault and they took care of every single one. Some times things aren’t always perfect and they made sure it was perfect. I had an absolutely wonderful experience selling my car at this CarMax location today. I don't know about the other associates, but Rose Allen is AMAZING! She was professional, nice, funny, and more than competent. I walked in and out with a fair check for my SUV in less than an hour. I HIGHLY recommend this CarMax location. Ask for Rose Allen!

Bought a model 3 Tesla long range and it turned out not to be long range but performance so I had to go back to return the vehicle. During this process it took about double the time it would have normally because they had a new person training that was doing my paperwork. when bringing the vehicle back they had a second new person which took longer and made mistakes and are now actually having difficulty putting my deposit for my first vehicle down for my second vehicle. this place doesn't know what it's doing. Lost time and money and am still here 5 hours later
