I had a great experience working with Dean at CarMax. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He even coordinated the shipment of two vehicles for me so I could take a closer look, which I really appreciated. Dean was responsive, patient, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and pressure-free. For just my experience at glencoe 5 stars. Did the express pick up and was in and out fairly quick and the process was as explained and good communication to make sure everything was in check before I got there. The 4 star rating is because I included my experience at the Schaumburg location first. Was going there to purchase car I had brought over from Tinley. Set up appointment and when I checked in, guy kinda looks around and excuses himself and comes back and asks if I can have a seat, they are trying to figure out what the issue is. What do you mean issue im just hear for scheduled appointment so i go have a seat. Watching people come and go I sat there for 45 mins with nobody even coming to see why I was sitting there so long. By far, a great experience; it was seamless and quick. I reserved a vehicle online and had it shipped to this location (Glencoe). From the time the car arrived, everything was pleasant. I did mostly all of the financing online and just went in to sign and drive off. I was not even there for a complete hour. It was so easy to buy from Carmax!

We had an awesome experience buying a car at Carmax in Glencoe! Jerry is an awesome salesperson - upfront, honest, no-pressure, very kind and all around a great guy. We test drove a few vehicles and ultimately had the car we ended up buying shipped from another Carmax location (at no cost to us.) The paperwork and financing process was straightforward and took us less time than I expected. We drove away with a car we’re so excited about for a great price.
