I cannot say enough good things about Autohaus On Edens. From start to finish, this was hands-down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. This time, the service provided was a complex issue. The first time the Engine warning light came up, the problem identified was resolved. Took the car home but the next day I started the car, Engine warning light came up again. Brought the car back and this time I insisted that Adam the Master Mechanic I know examined the car. Ken Dunaway, Service Mgr agreed. His intervention and insuring that the car is carefully diagnosed was very reassuring. He has gone above and beyond to reassure me that the car will be fixed. John from the service department was excellent. He was able to fit me in when I showed up with my car unannounced and provided me a ride back to my home. The service was performed quickly and I was updated immediately when the car was ready.

Tom was (as usual) fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond to fit me in last minute, set me up with a loaner and resolve my issue. Thank you tom!

After five years dealing with another luxury north shore dealership, I can sincerely say that the service, empathy, and attention to detail I’ve received from the Autohaus team far surpass the norm.
