Traded in and purchased a new vehicle here and the process was smooth. Fair trade in price, they also assessed the vehicle and I was given higher than i expected for my trade. The process was quick , no more than 2-3 hours. Devin Lewis was a GREAT SALESMAN, very knowledgeable, made me comfortable buying a vehicle w/ them, and overall he was professional! Thank you guys!

I got a 2017 Nissan Armada in March, I did not have it 3 months and had a problem with the transmission it got fixed because it was still under my 90 days. Here I am 7 months in with this vehicle and the flywheel and starter is bad. Not to mention that it was not cleaned thoroughly before I left the place the sales lady took it back and cleaned it herself. When I got back home to Texas in the back of the driver and passenger seat there was trash from the previous owner. There was a noise but she said it was fine. I don't blame her because she didn't know. Customer service was top tier everyone was great. I will never purchase another vehicle from CARMAX. On a used vehicle I know things will go bad but this is not my first vehicle. This vehicle was not ready to be put out for show or sale.

Excellent service from start to finish. Luz was great on the front end. I can’t remember the gentlemen’s names who helped me with documents over the phone but awesome. When I went to pick up my car at Lafayette Branch, everyone was super professional even the new trainee of 3 days! I was in and out in 30 minutes. This is the 2nd time I’ve bought a car through CarMax.
