This is best car buying experience that I have ever had. I had a terrible situation where my Infiniti car was in bad shape so when I had little money I went to a dealer and was blessed to get a car. I had no choice but to take the car; however I really wanted an suv. Two years later I found myself dissatisfied with the quality of the car so I began hunting from dealership to dealership. I was rejected 4 times. I started to loose hope and give up. A little birdie told me to try my luck one more time and I’m glad I did. This was my second CarMax purchase. It went spectacularly. The shipping process from Kentucky was constantly updated to keep me informed of its progress, and it even arrived early. The purchase transaction itself was quick and flawless. Overall, a 5-star transaction. I was promised an owner's manual that should arrive soon, as it was not in the truck when I picked it up. I appreciate that.

This was the best car selling and buying experience I have ever experienced. I brought my truck in to see if they would buy it. They gave me a great price and I found the car that I wanted. They had to bring the car from another location and since I did not have a ride after selling them my truck they sent me home in a Lyft. The following week my car was ready, All in all I think the whole experience took about 1.5 hours total. Everyone person I dealt with was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I purchased a 2019 Chevy Blazer on September 20, 2025. The vehicle had to be shipped to the dealership, and once it arrived, I was informed it needed to undergo an inspection. This process took about a week. When I finally received the vehicle, I took it for a short test drive. At first, everything appeared fine. However, as soon as I got on the highway to drive home, the tire sensor light came on. Later, after a heavy rain, I discovered water leaking from the sunroof, and now the sunroof shade will not close properly. In addition to these issues, the dealership’s service was very poor. I took my vehicle in to sell after getting an online appraisal. I uploaded all the documents ahead of time to make it easier. We were created by Michael when we walked in and he was an absolute gem. Super easy to get along with, very good at explaining the process. He had the vehicle inspected, paperwork done, check in hand after 30 minutes. Throughout the experience we were just chatting and having a fun time. No pressure to buy another vehicle whatsoever as this was an extra vehicle to get rid of for us. A little extra thing he did was allowed us to get one last photo by our car as it had a lot of good memories. Thank you Michael for making selling our car so easy! We will return when we are ready to buy something new down the road.
