I had the best experience with Carmax yesterday. I couldn’t have gotten a better SalesWomen. She’s absolutely understanding, compassionate and caring. She was so patient with us while we delt with insurance problems. I’m so grateful to have met Roslyn Brooks. If you go to get a carmax I highly recommend her. She is just the sweetest person I’ve met in a long time. Thank you for getting me my car.

Process was easy. There's no pressure sales, no commission reps. We picked out what we liked to look at, did a test drive, and filled out the paperwork. It's always a tedious process but the entire time was simple and satisfying.

I was looking to trade in my vehicle. I filled out the trade-in estimate calculator on their website and was given a value with a code to take to the store. I walked in to CarMax without an appt an hour before close and left within 45 minutes with my car inspected and sold and for the same value that was listed on the online estimate. To make it even better, we had the pleasure of working with Roslyn to sell my car and she was the kindest soul. She made the process so easy and smooth. It was a wonderful experience working with CarMax and I will be recommending to my friends and family.

I have not purchased a car for 17 years so I was a little hesitant. I began searching different on-line companies and CarMax seemed to have the largest offerings and the best prices. The car I chose came from a different state so I paid for transport which took a few weeks, then I went for the test drive and I loved the car, it’s perfect! I also loved that I did not have to negotiate a price, and I was satisfied with the offering. I have no regrets. Everyone was very nice and efficient.

My experience started out very bumpy and frustrating, as it took over 30 days to actually get my car due to internal issues, but corporate was great in helping turn the situation around and finally got me in my car. Velvet, the manager at the O Fallon location was AMAZING in helping me and Mr. Willy Allen, my salesman, was just the nicest person and was so eager to help. Once everyone got situated it was smooth sailing.
