These are genuine people that are not trying to upsell you. I originally went to Honda for an oil change, and they ended up telling me that I needed a new alternator and that it would cost me $1400. I came to Karius for a second opinion because a friend recommended them, and was very pleased with their customer service and honesty. It turned out that nothing was wrong with my alternator, and they did not charge me or try to sell me anything. I will not trust anywhere else from here on out!

Wouldn’t give me an estimate and was kind of rude about it. We used this place a couple years ago to replace the back brakes on my girlfriend’s car. She was recommended to them by her coworker (the owners wife). They did a good job and the price was reasonable. So when I picked up a used car last week with a check engine light on, I figured I would use them again. I set an appointment to have the car “inspected” and do an oil change. I was told the used car inspection would cost $136 and they would tell me if there were any issues with the car. Over the weekend, I ended up getting new tires put on and an oil change done. The car was “inspected” at that time and seemed to be fine except the engine light. The tire guy even checked the code and explained what the possible issues could be.

I have brought my SUV to care a few times now for various issues and have been extremely pleased with their service, explanation of what they were doing, and quick turnaround!

I certainly cannot speak for everyone else, but for me, this has been BY FAR the worst auto mechanic shop that I've ever been to. I've never even had this much trouble with a neighborhood local street mechanic before, let alone an actual establishment. If I could write this review and give ZERO stars I would. If you don't want your time wasted and want an effective and efficient repair, then I highly recommend that you go somewhere else. I originally went in for AC issues, air wasn't blowing cold. Although, I initially assumed it was a condenser problem for other reasons. Drop the car off and the shorter guy with glasses tells me it should be ready before the end of the day. Get called a few hours later for pick up and once I get there he tells me that the only thing wrong with the AC is
