What is wrong with this dealer? First they sold me car with dead mouse in it. Then they sold junk with bunch of oil leak. Fine. Now, I also traded my car to them for nearly nothing and they said yes leave the vehicle on their lot. After a few months got unexpected bill from MVD and towing company that they have my traded car and need to pay. Get your business together and straight.

Easy buying process. Unfortunately, despite Carmax’s 125 point inspection, the vehicle that I purchased had a check engine light come on within 30 days of the purchase, aaaaand the cruise control control system has now completely failed. Won’t turn on at all. This is after paying $1400 to have the vehicle shipped to this location. After a second inspection by Carmax, they notified me that they sold me a truck with a failed thermostat. Off to Toyota now to see what else is wrong with it. Any work that I have down with Toyota I will be clawing the value of that back from you guys. I also have a California license and am registering the vehicle in New Mexico. Because of this I provided a NM bank statement and pay stubs as proof of residency. For whatever reason, Carmax decided not to forward

The worst experience. Guy would have me test drive vehicles I liked only to tell me they were on hold. One toyota corolla had severe corroded battery cables. Another had spray paint on bumper, spray got over radiator. Most cars have walmart cheap batteries. One car had rear tint so bad, you could barely see out. Another, hood did not open. One smelled like burning wires. I don't know how people buy cars here. Imagine also, picking a car you like, test driving it, getting ready to do papers, and the guy finally realizing it's on hold. 3 times, plus they don't give you much for your trade. If you want cars with problems, buy here.

Yvette a carmax associate and Tina the manager for this location fabricated an application on my behalf for no reason I had already accepted my financing from December 2nd I called to make my down payment and instead she ran a new application for me in which she inputted information without asking. Now theyre saying my first offer is invalid completely messing the original deal. Do not shop here will be seeking further action as they are no help at the store they are trying to cover themselves from any trouble

They were terrific! Really helpful beyond my expectations. Highly recommend. Told my friends about them.
