I traded my Toyota CHR 2108, Carmax gave me a very good offer, I went to the shop to drop off hand them the keys, he cut me the check right away NO DRAMA LIKE OTHER MY NY CITY 99% DEALERSHIP! (Impressive) then I said I want to trade his thier 4 runner 2016 limited, sale representative Anthony Bautista help me through the procedure very professionally and friendly. I ask him any any additional fee, he said only tax and dmv fee no such all greedy NEW YORK CITY LOCAL DEALERS WILL ADD SOMETHING LIKE PRE-FEE, DESTINATION FEE, DOCUMENT FEE....ETC, SEEING IS BELIEVING, THANKS TO CARMAX, IF YOU LOOK CAR AT THIS LOCATION LOOK FOR SALE REPRESENTATIVE NAME Anthony Bautista!!! We had an amazing experience working with Jasmine to purchase our BMW i3. She helped us with the whole process and was patient with us with our two children. I bought a $33,000 car with a clean car fax and no reported damage. A few hours after purchasing I went to my auto detailer. After just washing the car the detailer informed me that half of the passenger side had been repainted. Not so mint as I was led to believe. I called CarMax immediately and they said they would "look into the file". I was informed that half of the passenger side of a car was indeed repainted. And was repainted at carmax itself. So they knew about the damage and did not disclose it. They stated after it was fixed it was no longer considered damage. That's dirty pool and a cheap used car lot scam. A reputable company like CarMax should not be conducting itself this way especially when they were asking top dollar for this vehicle. Was a 2019 Lincoln Continental

The experience at Car Max is so much different from going to a used car dealer. There is no negotiating and no BS. You don't have to deal with sleazy used car salespeople. I specifically dealt with Cole, Anthony and JB. They were all very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us. We could not be happier with our 2019 Frontier!
