We were able to sell both of our cars for the same price as KBB valued them. The Honda Accord we bought messed up in less than 24 hours. CarMaxx has a 7-10 return process that was so easy. And don’t get me started on getting to use the same person start to finish is so refreshing and the scanning window with no hassle pricing absolutely fantastic.

Yall go see George! He was so amazing, he made me feel welcomed as soon as we greeted one another! He is very awesome! He even went above and beyond to help me figure out a name for my new car! I really appreciate the hard work he did! Seriously, if you are coming here, ask for George! You will not be disappointed!! 💕

Over all was great experience! Just be ready to be there for a long wait. We waited for 3 hours before we were seen. Nothing that carmax could help especially if it’s tax season but the staff was excellent and very courteous. We asked if it would be OK for us to bring in our fast food for dinner while we waited and the staff was fantastic and allowed us to eat while we waited. And the process itself wasn’t very long at all if you are only selling a car. Pro tip, if you can try to get pre-approved for your car online before going in. It saves time.

Overall the staff is friendly, and car buying process is simple with prices within the fair market value range. A couple of things which could be improved is the reserved slot process. We had scheduled an initial test drive and 45 minutes post the scheduled time we still had not been waited on and the host could not give us an estimated time to be seen. We had other things on our plate so had to leave and come back another day. Second, the initial test drive identified that the a/c was blowing warm. This was not fixed but masked by a reset. The problem arose a couple of weeks post purchase. We do have an appointment to fix at no cost, which is good, but recommend that the problem be fixed initially versus the customer having to return.
