Stevie G. is by far the best employee/ salesman ever. From the beginning to the end, he was great. He did not try to over sell me and gave me good and honest advice. I left with a new car and a wonderful price on my trade-in. This is my second car from Carmax and Stevie G. helped me both times. 5star service hands down!!!!!

I've now purchased 3 vehicles from this CarMax. I've always found it very pleasing to shop at CarMax due to the fact you aren't bothered and can roam freely checking out what you like without a salesman breathing down your neck. Plus no haggle with pricing. What you see is what you get and if you don't like the price you can walk away knowing that was bottom dollar and you won't have to beg the salesman to drop the price. Plus the whole process of purchasing it is ultra smooth and they handle it all making car buying easy.

I visited this dealership to explore purchasing a vehicle with my parents, arriving promptly at opening time. The salesman, who initially appeared cordial and responsive, facilitated my test drive of a 2023 Toyota RAV4 XLE, for which I expressed genuine interest. I communicated transparently about my current vehicle, noting that it required a new windshield but was otherwise in excellent condition, with fewer than 76,000 miles. We ended up having one shipped in, and Madelyn wrapped up the purchase for us. She and her team did a fantastic job with both our trade‑in and the final sale. We’ll definitely be checking them out again when it’s time for our next vehicle.
